Shipping policy

Every We Move New York piece is made to order. That's how we keep quality up and waste down, and it's why your gear takes a little longer than off-the-shelf stuff.

Processing and delivery time

Please allow 7–14 days from the time you order to the time your package arrives. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking number as soon as it ships. Holidays and peak seasons can add a few days.

Shipping rates (US)

• Orders under $30: $4.95
• Orders $30–$89.99: $9.95
• Orders $90 and up: $11.95

One shipping charge per order, no matter how many items. If your order has items made in different places, they may arrive in separate packages.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States. Outside the US? Email us at wemovenewyork.net@gmail.com before you order. Tell us what you want and where it's going, and we'll confirm the cost and timing with you first.

Double-check your address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We can't change an address once your order goes into production.

Problems with your order

If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, or your order shows up damaged or wrong, email wemovenewyork.net@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right. For returns and exchanges, see our Refund Policy.
